Walk & Talk Therapy

Walk & Talk Therapy is a unique and successful type of counseling that maximizes the benefits of physical exercise, traditional talk therapy, and the experience of nature to create a powerful environment for positive change.
Walk & Talk sessions are offered on Tuesdays and Fridays by appointment (weather permitting). These sessions can be combined with traditional therapy in the office setting or can be used as a stand-alone format, according to client preference.
Following an initial assessment of 70 minutes, sessions are 50 minutes (10-minute check-in, 30-minute walk and 10-minute wrap up). Standard counseling fees apply.  Sessions are held at a designated public park or neighborhood agreed upon by the therapist and client.
