About Annie Hatton, Client Care Coordinator
Hello and welcome to Compassionate Life Counseling ... How can I help?
Reaching out for therapy can be one of the hardest things to do. I am the caring voice on the other end of the line, here to help and support you through the process from the moment you call or email, through scheduling and intake to getting you settled in with one of our compassionate, competent therapists. I am your primary point of contact to answer general practice questions and for clients seeking to schedule or cancel current appointments.
My background as a spiritual director and end-of-life doula has shaped my ability to listen deeply, hold space with compassion, and attend to both practical and relational details. I bring these same sensibilities into client care coordination—combining clear communication, strong organizational skills, and a heart for service.
I’m passionate about helping people feel comfortable and cared for, and I find great meaning in being part of a team that supports healing, growth, and connection for individuals and families.
Outside of work, I find joy in spending time with my husband of 35 years, my two adult children and my grandson. I enjoy hiking and long walks in nature with my dog Leo, creative projects, and moments of quiet reflection that keep me grounded and grateful.
You can reach me at [email protected] or [email protected]. I will also respond to scheduling requests that come to [email protected]. Feel free to call or text on our general line, 704-228-3813. Don't hesitate to reach out if I can be of service.
